Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Amidan And Kim Lynch
Hi Lauren Amidan and Kim Lynch, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Lauren and I are a mother daughter team. When Lauren was getting married in 2015 we chose an all inclusive venue both for cost and simplicity. We later realized that simplicity means that the day was not personal and we began navigating the system to make the day everything that Lauren had dreamed of and not just the formula of the venue. This is the basis of our business. We strive for every client to have the day they imagined without the stress that can come from a custom experience. We are also very aware that this is one day, one special day, so we strive to help them stay in a budget that is comfortable for them without sacrificing their vision. One big motto we live by when working with people is at the end of this journey, if you do not feel like part of our family then we did not do our job!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For us, we began with personal parties. We created events for friends and family and eventually moved onto weddings. Our big jump was October 2021 when Lauren and her sisters purchased my business license forcing Lauren and I into the real world. We signed up for our first bridal fair in November and hit the ground running. We started first with only floral and design to watch some of the pros in action. A few months later, we had many connections with other vendors and acquired skills in determining what works and doesn’t for the people’s big days. From then on, we took over the events and worked with those we built connections to make our clients’ days a success!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a mother/daughter business who strives to create events for our clients that reflects their vision. We can take your vision and create your event as well as secure all necessary vendors in our “all in package” or take the reins from you ninety days out to carry your vision across the finish line in our “day of package”. We don’t charge extra for more guests, or more events. Our clients secure us for their whole wedding. We help each client feel supported in each piece without the stress of if we will help or not. Once our clients sign with us they secure both of us. Lauren our business end to our business with her excellent communication skills, knowledge of and extensive relationships with other vendors in the business and her almost “too organized” personality immediately becomes both emotional support animal and savor to all our brides/grooms to be. Kim, on the other hand, will let everyone know from the beginning that she doesn’t answer the phone as often but she is ready to make every “Pinterest” vision come to life. With her several years of experience, Kim is able to listen to every detail and create flawless designs that mirror the clients’ visions and personalities! We want each client to feel like part of our family. Although we are a small business with it just being the two of us, we both are able to support every part of the client’s big day and also make lifelong friends in the process. Many of our clients comment “I forgot you have other brides” because we strive to make them feel like we are always available for each one of them!
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Every single event we do is personal to us. From the start of talking with a potential client to fluffing their dress or straightening their tie at the start of their big day. We are here for the people. We know they only get to do this once, it’s not like going out to a bad dinner, so we give our hearts to their day almost as much as they do and make sure they know we will make sure every detail is thought of and in place. We cry at every wedding as they walk down because each one has become part of our family, and we feel privileged to be a part of their special day.

- All in (start of signing and we handle all the pieces)- $6,000.00
- Hourly rate- $300 per hour (if you just need help setting up)
