Today we’d like to introduce you to Jesse Ray .

Hi Jesse Ray, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey began with an unexpected start after college when I found myself back at my first high school job as a Cabana Boy, and as I put on my light blue Cabana Boy shirt as a college graduate, I realized something needed to change.

Determined to forge a different path, I delved into personal development and embarked on a career in sales. Despite facing numerous challenges and nearly quitting several times within the initial months, I persevered and eventually rose through the ranks to become one of the top performers in a Fortune 500 Sales Organization, achieving accolades such as Presidents Club membership and Million Dollar Producer status, ranking #4 out of over 500 Account Executives.

However, I soon realized that I had been climbing the wrong ladder. Observing my colleagues in higher positions, I realized none of them had the lifestyle I desired, and I felt a calling towards a greater purpose.

This realization prompted me to venture into building a co-living rental portfolio, leveraging a unique strategy that quickly surpassed my corporate salary and provided a baseline level of financial freedom. With this newfound freedom, I founded Growth House.

Growth House Community is an online hub where like-minded individuals come together to pursue personal growth and financial independence.

Growth House Living (think of these as incubator or entrepreneur houses) We have several different niche homes, but the overall theme is growth minded and ambitious individuals who want to build and grow with other like-minded people. The majority of our community are entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, startup founders, in real estate, or in sales.

Growth House Podcast, this is where I document the journey of building Growth House from $0 to a $10 million business. I wished my favorite entrepreneurs would have documented the journey of when they were first starting, so that’s what I’m doing! (So, check out our podcast and join us on the journey!)

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The life of an entrepreneur is a roller coaster. It’s praised on social media, but no one shares the behind the scenes of what really goes down. In 2024, I’ve really started to embrace full transparency on Instagram and our podcast “Growth House” where we document the journey (lows, highs, and everything in between) of building Growth House from a $0 to $10,000,000 company. I’ll share with you one of my more expensive learning lessons, well a $20k learning lesson 🙂
We host these amazing masterminds every year in a mansion and I fly in multiple 7,8 and even 9 figure business owners to network, strategize and help our community scale their businesses. So, I had the idea that we should do a 21 day mastermind… And we should do it with a $0 marketing budget and a month prior it starts.
Let’s just say I had $60k on a credit card with not a single person signed up… It was rough and stressful. We ended up getting creative and turning it around, but it was an expensive lesson. We ended up adopting a transformational 3-Day Mastermind model based on everyone’s feedback and we were able to sell out way before our next one on May 31st! Always important to constantly get feedback from your clients/members!

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Growth House?
We have two parts to Growth House 1. Growth House Living: community of current or aspiring entrepreneurs who live, grow and build together. We have these “Entrepreneur Houses” all across the valley here in Arizona. (we have our next cohort starting in Q1 or 2 of 2025, so be sure to join the waitlist!)

When you are just starting on your entrepreneurial journey, it can be lonely. Environment and association play such a big role in your life, so we help curate an environment of growth in these homes.

2. Growth House Community: We have an online paid community helping people achieve financial freedom. We provide access to community, capital and accountability. In addition, we host amazing masterminds/events for people in our community (typically in mansions with 20+ multi-millionaires who want to give back, mentor and serve the next generation of entrepreneurs)
