Hidden Gems: Meet Dr. Kevin LeBlanc of Rooted Chiropractic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Kevin LeBlanc.

Hi Dr. Kevin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
I am an East Coaster-er, born and raised in NH, then the Northshore of Mass, and then Western NY for chiropractic school. I loved it there, but there was something about the Southwest that just felt right. I moved out here with my wife in January and have loved it ever since! I have a background in athletics, playing basketball, and running track in college, and I love what the body is capable of when it is moving, adapting, and functioning at its best. I am in chiropractic to help others realize what they can do in their health journey. I got into the profession after realizing the effect it could have on the entire life of someone, not simply after an injury. That intrigued me. Since deciding on this path, I have prioritized gaining as much clinical knowledge as possible and enhancing my art with my technique. While in school, I led an adjusting club that became the biggest club on campus, sought out seminars, and worked with a group of friends to perfect one of the most important aspects of a chiropractor: the adjustment. I am passionate about growing, improving, and learning, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. So far, it has been a wonderful opportunity in Mesa. We opened up Rooted Chiropractic in May and have seen multiple success stories of people with chronic issues seeing breakthroughs for the first time. I love this profession, and it’s a joy and honor to see people have breakthroughs in their health. My favorite thing is seeing the lightbulb moment in clients’ eyes when they realize their body can heal, will heal, and the pain they have been living with for so long does not need to be their normal. That sets us apart from other chiropractors: we seek to empower, not just be a guru you can go to and be “fixed.”

Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
Some struggles were being delayed with licensing. It took a couple more months than I expected due to miscommunication with the state board. However, what is a couple of months in the grand scheme of things? Since opening in May, it has been a wonderful experience.

We’ve been impressed with Rooted Chiropractic, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share about what you do and what sets you apart?
We are a holistic wellness center in Mesa, AZ, offering full-body chiropractic care, nutrition, and community to benefit you and your entire family. We look to empower family units to be healthy by educating them about how their body moves and functions, giving them strategies to enhance their health, and instilling hope that the life they have always dreamed about is possible. We will host community events and classes where you can learn practical tips and takeaways to boost your health that week and meet others trying to enhance their health. • Pricing depends on each person, as we craft a plan specific to each need. Our Initial Discovery Exam is $200, which includes a full exam, adjustment, and care plan. Pricing after that is dependent upon the care plan. We also offer a 40% discount on services for each additional family member in the household, as it is our mission to provide chiropractic care for families across The Valley.
