Hi Chef Danilo, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Originally from the east coast living in Arizona now. I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years. I decided to turn my passion into a profit. I try match your passion with creativity and I cook with the respect to make ingredients shine. I like to cook many styles of cuisine, but one my staples is cheesecake. I help with events, private functions, teach, marketing and charity events. Our time is very valuable so we must use our time wisely. Now creating the Medicated Chef brand is where I combined my spme of the things I love. Food and Marijuana. I’m Chef Danilo Suarez thank you for reading this.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I found out starting your own brand you must be consistent everyday to market and get your brand out there. This all takes time and money and plenty of both. That was my biggest struggle is utilizing and trying not to waste my time on marketing that doesn’t produce income. Also building relationships with people that wont waste your time. Your time and money are valuable don’t waste either.

The Medicated Chef brand goal is to take clients on a culinary journey to turn your favorite recipes or meals to be infused with cannabis. To enjoy a customized infusion culinary experience. Also learning the ways to infusion your life. The basics to expert technical ways to expand your horizons being a beginner or experienced. You will enjoy and love your experience for a memory that you will always enjoys.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Going to New York on the weekend with my family taking the train and enjoying Manhattan on the weekends. Walking the streets and experiencing such an amazing city so young really opens your eyes to the world around you. Spending time with my family is one omy favorite memories as a kid.
