Hi Brittany, I am so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, how can you bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Brittany Rhodes, and I started this journey cleaning vacation homes and handling my short-term rentals. I then expanded by helping other people with their guest services. I went to school for American Tourism, where I earned a Lodging Management degree. This featured sales, marketing, front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage. I gained lots of experience with the hands-on work I was doing for others and decided to open the doors to help others, too. We now handle over 60 properties around the world. We offer a variety of integrations to streamline their properties on many different booking platforms! The goal has always been to provide owners with professional services to help them with their guests and streamline communication from handling the cleaners to optimizing their income with their investments. We like to provide services at a low cost to our clients, allowing them the opportunity to step back while we handle the day-to-day operations! We charge $250/month per listing and do not take from any other nightly percentages. We love the clients we work with and enjoy hosting their homes for guests worldwide looking for clean and comfortable places to travel.

It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Our biggest struggle was finding clients who also wanted to provide outstanding services to their guests. You can’t cheap out in hospitality. Ensuring that pools are clean, beds are well laundered, and all the amenities for your guests’ arrival is essential. Finding more clients can also be challenging. People get nervous when they see our low rate and worry about hidden costs. With the increase in living, people need these properties to generate income to pay for themselves; otherwise, these places won’t exist for travelers who need a place to stay.
