Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandi Jackson.
Hi Brandi, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Before saying anything further, it is essential to explain how close and supportive my family is and that my mother, daughters, and I have always been best friends. They have relentlessly tried to be the wind in my sails through everything. Our story is different.
I was in law enforcement for approximately twenty (20) years, of which eighteen (18) years were spent serving as a police officer, deputy sheriff, detective, and detective sergeant in the State of Arizona. I had no intention of leaving law enforcement because I loved my job. Little did I know everything was going to change rapidly.
In April of 2020, I had my first stroke. I could keep working, but I suffered some memory loss, which was extremely upsetting. I decided the best way to exercise my brain and repair the memory loss was to pursue continued education. In June 2020, I enrolled in the graduate program at the Grand Canyon University. In December of 2021, after having experienced two more strokes, I was diagnosed with a rare disease called Hemiplegic Migraines, which causes strokes and seizures. In April of 2022, I graduated with my master’s degree in leadership with an Emphasis on Homeland Security and Emergency Management. In August of 2022, I retired from law enforcement.
Despite grieving the loss of my career, I was determined to press onward and figure out how to get better. During my pursuit, I studied holistic practices involving nutrition and various therapies such as red light, vibration, and lymphatic massage therapy.
God is the most honest answer to how we became business owners. He has led us through every door to places I had never considered before. My mother and I decided to go into business together and quickly sought out the best training courses available. I am very proud to say we are certified Plasmatology practitioners, graduates of the world-class Louise Walsh International Academy in the United Kingdom, and Body Contouring Specialists, graduates of the Beauty & Body Academy in Illinois. I am studying to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with an Emphasis on Autoimmune and Chronic Illness Nutrition. I plan to incorporate a holistic health and wellness program into our business. In January 2023, we officially owned the Cherry Blossom Body Sculpting and Plasma Fibroblasting, LLC, and launched our Grand Opening in February 2023.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been fairly smooth?
It has not been a smooth transition mentally from a lifetime of law enforcement to being a Spa Owner. It is nice not to be hated so quickly (I am partially kidding). The biggest challenge is starting from scratch in every aspect along the way. Not knowing what we don’t know is difficult to maneuver. But we are embracing the challenges!
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about Cherry Blossom Body Sculpting and Plasma Fibroblasting LLC?
We offer unique services unlike any of our competitors at an affordable price, including payment options through Cherry Financing. As certified Plasmatology professionals and Body Contouring Specialists, we provide non-surgical facelifts (rhytidectomy) and full body plasma fibroblast treatments, Baby Plasma treatments, pigmentation correction, skin lesion removals, body sculpting, non-surgical Brazilian butt lifts, detox sauna wraps, red light therapy, vibration therapy, wood therapy, RF skin tightening, lymphatic drainage massage therapy, cellulite treatments, cupping therapy, TENS and EMS therapies. We will implement a health and wellness program shortly.
All of our services are fantastic, but we have to say our Plasma Fibroblasting is our pride and joy. We obtained exclusive world-class training through Louise Walsh International and strictly adhered to their teachings and best practices. It is mainly my favorite because we can repair damaged skin without injections, fillers, harsh chemicals, or incisions, the results are long-lasting, and the downtime is minimal. We are dedicated to providing confidential and donated Scar Reduction and Removal Treatment(s) for Survivors of Domestic Abuse. Removing physical reminders of traumatic events can help recover and embrace a bright new future.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What we like best about our city is its proliferation while maintaining a small-town feel. People are overall friendly and excited to meet one another. What we like least about our city is that there are only two ways in or out of town. This creates significant traffic hazards and very angry people. However, we can easily fix those frown lines (insert winky face here).
