Hidden Gems: Meet Anais Ramirez of Ramirez Cleaning Solutions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anais Ramirez. 

Hi Anais, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started working at a very young age thanks to my mother’s guidance & Pima Vocational High School in Tucson which offers a program for on-the-job training. I have been an office assistant, office manager, caregiver, insurance specialist, cashier, waitress, housekeeper, and credit repair specialist. I wanted to learn a bit of everything until I found what I liked. I remember being in a dark spot of my life and was seeing a therapist at the time about 4 years ago. She talked to me about all the potential I had in myself and what I could become. I started joining networking events she would invite me to. That is where I found that I wanted to leave corporate America and do my own thing by having not just one source of income but several. I learned to be a leader and create opportunities for others. When I was doing the credit repair services, I was at a golf course networking where I met Diana Mendoza, CWB Realtor, and invited her to our event, “Chip, Salsa & Credit tips”. After that event, Diana & I became close friends and when she found out about my mother’s cleaning business, she referred us to Coldwell Banker Realty Concierge Manager to become a preferred vendor for their realtors and clientele in the Valley. I recently branched out from my mother’s company after managing the business for three years and created Ramirez Cleaning Solutions, LLC. which operates out of the Metro area. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
What business has a smooth road really? Like all businesses, we have had good and bad experiences along the ride. But it is all about learning and growing. My biggest challenge was learning that I could not be in an all-in-one, meaning working ON the business vs working IN the business. Like many businesses finding dependable help has also been a challenge. Funding was also a challenge until we partnered with Capital Stewardship, LLC who steered us in the direction of getting funding for our business needs.

1. Ramirez Cleaning Solutions, LLC was established this past June 2021 after branching out from our parent company Ramirez House Cleaning in Tucson, Arizona. Ramirez Cleaning Solutions, LLC is a local Hispanic, single-mother-owned business that services the entire Valley and surrounding cities.

2. We offer cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, such as one-time cleaning, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, vacancy cleaning, post-construction, final cleaning, and carpet cleaning, all budget-friendly.

3. What sets Ramirez Cleaning Solutions, LLC apart from other cleaning companies is I follow the cleaning procedures Ramirez House Cleaning has meticulously created and provided for the past 20 years, which have made them a 5-star rated cleaning company in their area.

4. Ramirez Cleaning Solutions, LLC has grown faster than expected in the past quarter, due to our high-quality cleaning services and I am highly proud of that now.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Personally, it has affected my family and others around me but nothing that we cannot overcome. Life continues and we must see the bright side of it.
