Today we’d like to introduce you to Aeryun Kinder.
Hi Aeryun, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I started the business as a side venture a long time ago to help owners better understand their dogs and have a better relationship with them. Once covid came around it pushed me to really focus more on the business and do it full-time.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Owning a business always has its struggles. Overall it has been pretty smooth but building up clientele always takes a while to get established. I didn’t start with the business savviness of some others so I have been learning that side of owning your own business as well. I think I have come a long way in a short period of time though.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about On Q Dogs LLC?
On Q Dogs LLC is a dog training business. I specialize in behavior modification for dogs typically in a board-in-train scenario. I work with dogs for different periods of time, from puppies in puppy camps to general boarding. One of the things that set me apart from other dog trainers is that I have been doing dog sports for years.
I participate in flyball, dock diving, and toss and fetch frisbee. I am most proud that we can offer quality help to our clients and their owners. I get the chance to make each of the dogs’ lives better. I feel that On Q Dogs LLC gives small business relationships with big business quality.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Customer relations is the most important for my success.
Customers love the frequency of feedback, videos, and pictures I give them while their dog is in my care. I also offer my customers advice with any future problems they come up with, which helps give them peace of mind and assures them of great results.
