Today we’d like to introduce you to Terry Yetter.

Hi Terry, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m a military Veteran. Served in the US Army with the 101st Airborne. I have been in account management and sales for over 20 years. I have always had a passion for real estate and made the transition last year. I have always wanted to help people realize that homeownership is a possibility under most circumstances. Homeownership brings a certain peace of mind and it can be a great investment for the future.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It hasn’t always been smooth. It’s a lot of hard work to get your name out there. There’s a lot of realtors to choose from. My business has been 100% referral-based. Real estate is all about trust and working hard and diligently for your clients. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing your clients purchase the home of their dreams. This career is all about being in front of new people and asking for referrals. The hours are long and we pretty much work 7 days a week. I am always available to my clients whenever they need me.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I specialize in residential real estate. I handle the entire Phoenix metropolitan area. I represent buyers and I also work with clients that are looking to sell their home. Real estate is a complex body of work with a lot of moving parts. I help the process go smoothly for my clients.

What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future includes running my own brokerage across a multi-state platform. I’d like to build a team of successful agents that are client centric and focused on building their brand. I’d like to be in a leadership role that mentors others to be highly successful at what they are trying to accomplish for themselves and family. I’d like to have myself positioned in a manner when people have questions regarding their real estate needs that they reach out to us first and refer us to people they know. I’d like to build an organization that is based on loyalty and trust and allows others to achieve their dreams. I’d like to build a lifestyle that allows time for more travel with my wife and lets us pursue our dreams of independence and flexibility.
