Exploring Life & Business with Sara Leann

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sara Leann.

Hi Sara, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
As a child, I naturally had a creative entrepreneurial mindset. Yet it wasn’t until later that I started my first business venture being 22 years old. My start-up sadly failed because I was spending more on products than I was making.

There was a lot more in this industry that I needed to know than I thought. Starting a business at a young age with no money, I really had to sit back and think about what was going to make me a profit without needing to spend money because I had none.

I had to continue to learn things and further my education on anything that would help me grow, and operate my business accordingly so I wouldn’t have to pay anyone to do it for me. It wasn’t long until I figured it out and mastered it. I then started up my model agency which was very successful and I eventually ended up opening up a marketing agency helping people to start their very own businesses from everything I knew. Today I own three very successful establishments and I am currently working on my fourth.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
A struggle in the past for me was juggling all businesses alone at times. I’ve also been my own obstacle getting in my own way because I never wanted to hire anyone else to help me manage everything. I’ve had occasions where I would train and teach my employee everything, and they would go off and create their own copy of what I did.

So I never trusted anyone to help me. Of course, every obstacle or challenge teaches you along the way. Now I have very tight contracts for anyone working for me or alongside me and they are signed immediately.

So I do have a few businesses My first business is Sara Leann Marketing established in 2017 I help businesses create their brand presence and achieve their goals. My process is designed to empower your brand and outfit your business with the marketing strategies needed to succeed in any industry.

My second is Luxuriously Her Med Spa by Sara Leann, A Luxury Med Spa with a Luxurious Atmosphere catering to all women’s needs. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This queen’s palace offers massages, facials, lasers, skin tightening, body contouring, makeup, and more.

My third is Luxuriously Her Academy where I train my students to do aesthetic beauty procedures. Helping them to make six figures by creating and starting up their own beauty business.

I’m currently working on my fourth project and that’s my mentorship program helping those in business continue to succeed with the right tools and guidance needed.

I am most proud of all my brands being focused and centered around helping others achieve their goals. My heart truly is in helping people to expand to their fullest potential.

What sets me apart from others is my experiences, my passion in all that I do, my amazing marketing skills, my determination to keep learning, my personality, and overall who I am as a person, I am my brand. Another thing is I don’t believe in competition, I believe In working together and helping others.

What does success mean to you?
