Hi Megan, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey into wellness started from personal necessity. At one point, I was on over 30 medications while living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, chronic pain, complications from silicone breast implants, PTSD, and severe anxiety. That experience pushed me to begin searching for more integrative approaches to healing and nervous system support.
I went on to become a certified naturopathy practitioner, certified in herbal medicine making, and a nutrition and wellness coach, which eventually led me to founding MegaLife a wellness space centered on education, lifestyle support, and natural approaches to health.
We take an inside-out approach to wellness, skincare, and hair care. Alongside herbal and nutrition support, we also operate our med spa, MegaLife Skin & Beauty, focused on skin health, aesthetics, and hair restoration. I bring over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, and my partner, Kellie Summers, has over a decade of experience as an esthetician and leads the skincare side while I focus on integrative wellness, education, and emerging areas like peptides and recovery support.
MegaLife is built on the belief that when you support the body internally and externally, people feel more empowered, confident, and in control of their well being.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but I believe some of your biggest challenges become your greatest growth. Before opening MegaLife, I went through my own healing journey first, navigating chronic pain, PTSD, severe anxiety, and the effects of being on many medications. That season forced me to slow down and rebuild my health from the inside out, and today I live medication free and focused on lifestyle, nutrition, and integrative wellness.
My business is deeply rooted in faith. I walk by faith, not by sight, and that mindset has carried me through the uncertainty, risks, and challenges that come with entrepreneurship. Those challenges have stretched me, strengthened me, and helped me grow not only as a business owner but as a person.
That journey brought me closer to God and clarified my purpose to serve. Opening MegaLife came after my healing, and it was built from lived experience, education, and a desire to create a space where people feel supported, empowered, and reminded that growth and restoration are possible.
Every obstacle has reinforced the mission behind MegaLife: helping people feel seen, supported, and confident as they take steps toward their own wellness and personal transformation.

MegaLife Integrative Wellness is a wellness focused brand built on the belief that true transformation happens when you support the body from the inside out. We combine integrative wellness education, herbal and nutrition support, and beauty and skin services to help people feel more confident, empowered, and connected to their health.
We specialize in lifestyle based wellness, herbal support, nutrition coaching, and integrative approaches to skin and hair care. What I’m most proud of is the community we’re building. MegaLife is a place where people can walk in feeling overwhelmed and leave feeling supported, informed, and more confident in the direction they’re taking with their health, skin, and overall well being.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is my faith, my husband, my children, my family, and the community around me. They are the foundation of everything I do. My relationship with God guides my decisions, my purpose, and the way I show up in both life and business.
Serving others is at the center of my life. I care deeply about helping people feel supported, seen, and hopeful again especially in a world and system where many feel overwhelmed, unheard, or disconnected. My goal has always been to bridge that gap and make support accessible. We believe everyone deserves options, which is why we aim to meet people where they are, with offerings that range from simple, affordable solutions to more advanced services.
At the end of the day, it’s about faith, family, community, and helping others find hope again.
