My story is one of transformation, purpose, and intentional leadership. For decades, I served as a high-level corporate executive, navigating the complexities of Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and global organizations. On paper, it was a successful career—but behind the titles and achievements, I was exhausted, burnt out, and unfulfilled. I realized that success alone wasn’t enough; I longed for freedom, meaning, and the ability to live life on my own terms.

That realization became the turning point. I transitioned from the corporate world to embrace my calling as a serial entrepreneur, business owner, and coach. I founded LPBC Services with a clear mission: to help leaders and organizations uncover their root challenges, craft holistic strategies, and implement purpose-driven solutions that create both financial growth and meaningful life transformation.

Over more than twenty years, I’ve walked alongside leaders across industries—including real estate, hospitality, tourism, trade associations, health, and corporate consulting. I’ve helped startups find their footing, guided global executives through complex business landscapes, and supported Fortune 500 companies in aligning strategy with impact. I’ve built a reputation for forging strategic partnerships, designing high-impact marketing initiatives, and driving sustainable growth—all while keeping people and purpose at the center of every decision.

My work goes beyond business metrics. I integrate mental health, wellness, and leadership development into my business approach, helping clients gain clarity, focus, and resilience as they grow as leaders and business owners. Often, I serve as a Fractional CMO, Executive Coach, and Business Strategist, helping organizations scale with intention and leaders operate at their best. Faith has always been my anchor. I am deeply rooted in Christian principles, servant leadership, and philanthropy, and I champion causes close to my heart, including developmental disability rights, faith-based initiatives, social impact, and animal advocacy. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Heck no! On the road to business and entrepreneurship the journey has been filled with many ups and downs along the way. Often times, with many starts, stops and pivots. The point is to keep moving in a positive direction and don’t allow these shifts to define you and your worth. Failure and growth are a part of life and there is always a lesson to be learned.

Adversity is inevitable both in life and in business. It is how you handle setbacks as a leader and your ‘outlook of the experience’ that makes all the difference. It’s important to view failures as opportunities to transition and grow—mindset & resiliency matters more than circumstance.

I’m the founder of LPBC Services LLC, a female-owned consulting agency located in sunny Arizona.
