I started AZ Bachelorette Party in 2023 with the vision of creating unforgettable, personalized experiences for brides-to-be and their closest friends. After helping plan a few friends’ celebrations, I realized there was a real need for a service that could handle every detail of a bachelorette party—from planning to execution—so the bride and her party could just show up and enjoy themselves. What began as a small side project quickly grew as word-of-mouth spread, and I received an overwhelming response from others looking for the same thing.

As demand grew, I expanded our services beyond bachelorette parties to cater to milestone events like birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate retreats. I’ve always focused on providing exceptional customer service, making every event feel special, and ensuring every client feels taken care of.

By the end of our first year, we were awarded Best Event Planning Company in AZ for 2024, which was a huge milestone. We’ve also garnered over 80 five-star reviews in a short time and built a strong social media presence, recently hitting 6,000 followers. We’re constantly evolving and refining our offerings to meet our clients’ needs, and we’re even revamping our website monthly to ensure we’re providing the best possible service.

What started as a passion project has now turned into a full-fledged business, and I’m incredibly grateful for our amazing clients and the opportunity to grow in such a dynamic and rewarding industry. I’m excited about the future and looking forward to creating even more extraordinary experiences!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but each challenge has been a learning experience and part of what’s made the journey so rewarding. One of the biggest struggles early on was figuring out how to balance the creative side of planning with the business operations. As a small business owner, there’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work—finances, marketing, managing clients—while also staying focused on delivering top-notch events. It was a lot to juggle, but I quickly learned how important it is to have a solid support system and to delegate where I can.

Another challenge was navigating the unpredictability of the event planning industry. There are always last-minute changes, vendor cancellations, or unexpected weather conditions that can throw a wrench in plans. But these challenges have helped me become more adaptable and resourceful in finding solutions quickly to keep everything on track.

Finally, building brand awareness from scratch was another hurdle. In the beginning, we didn’t have the recognition that we do now, so gaining trust in a competitive market took a lot of effort. It was crucial to provide exceptional service, be active on social media, and always go the extra mile for clients to earn those glowing reviews.

Though it hasn’t been without its obstacles, I’m grateful for each one because it’s ultimately what’s helped us grow and evolve into the business we are today!

We’re looking into adding new features, streamlining the booking process, and enhancing our social media efforts to engage with even more people who are looking to celebrate life’s biggest milestones.
