Karli Roller’s journey in early childhood education began in 2013, fueled by a passion for nurturing young minds and a background in Business Communications with a minor in Gender and Racial Studies. Her academic and professional pursuits were intertwined with her personal life as a mother of three, which deepened her understanding and commitment to education. Recognizing the transformative potential of early learning, she furthered her expertise by obtaining a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Instruction.

In 2020, Karli made a significant leap by founding her own Montessori preschool, applying her holistic understanding of child development and educational best practices in a setting that emphasizes independence, respect, and community. Her role as an educator and a leader in these schools allowed her to craft a learning environment that reflects her educational philosophy and Christian values, aiming to cultivate not only intellectual but also spiritual growth.

Parallel to her professional endeavors, Karli’s academic journey continued as she pursued a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation, preparing her to make broader impacts in the field of education. We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Karli Roller faced a significant challenge in her professional journey when she discovered that her former business partner was committing fraud against her Montessori preschools. This betrayal not only threatened the financial stability of her schools but also tested her resilience and leadership. Determined to protect the educational environment she had built for her students and staff, Karli took decisive action to address the financial discrepancies and secure the future of her schools.

Navigating through this difficult period, Karli worked tirelessly to stabilize the schools’ finances, implementing stringent financial controls and oversight to prevent future incidents. This experience, while challenging, underscored her dedication to her schools and the trust placed in her by the families and the community.

Through her strong faith and commitment to her values, Karli emerged from this ordeal with renewed strength and a deeper resolve to ensure her schools would continue to be safe, nurturing places for learning and growth.
