Hi Kaitlin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Right before graduating from Arizona State University, I had began brainstorming different ways to earn passive income to prepare for my journey into law school and to be able to help sustain our family during the 4 years it would take to complete my degree and take the bar. That’s where Kaitish just clicked! As a mom, I am always looking for the cutest clothes, shoes, accessories and attempting to match both my girls either with each other or as my mini’s, of course, leaving room for their creativity and personalities to shine! From launching Kaitish driven by a love for fashion, emphasizing affordability and sustainability, and navigating the intricate dance of motherhood and entrepreneurship, my journey is a tapestry of challenges and triumphs. Juggling the demands of parenting while building a brand tested my resilience. Overcoming obstacles, I immersed myself in the intricacies of the fashion world, learning and evolving. Today, Kaitish isn’t just a brand; it’s a testament to the fusion of dedication and tenacity. The path from wife and mom to CEO and back is a story of growth, setbacks, and ultimate success. And yes, law school is still very much in my future! 

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not a smooth road exactly. Being a mom first is always the priority! Finding the balance between being a wife, a mom, and running Kaitish hasn’t been easy, but patience and time management has really been the key to making it all work. Now behind the scenes of being a CEO has had its obstacles as you constantly have to research, brainstorm, design, and create the design of intricate pieces, do the creative design and market it on all selling platforms, know which platforms need specific selling licenses, trademarks, etc., manage the social media and the business strategy, and make all the key decisions in Kaitish’s success. As a CEO, I want to drive the brand’s vision while keeping up with the business strategy!
