Exploring Life & Business with Joann Wheeler and Susan Caldwell of The SisterAct Team

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joann Wheeler and Susan Caldwell. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Joann and Susan grew up in the west valley. The sisters loved growing up in Arizona. They moved here from the east coast at an early age and loved how Arizona provided such a diverse landscape between the desert, the mountains in Flagstaff, to the great Sedona red rocks. Each of their lives took them in different directions. Joann and her family spent many years in New Hampshire. While Susan and her family traveled while serving in the Air Force. Both sisters returned back to their home in Arizona and realized sharing their love and passion for Arizona could best be fulfilled through a career in real estate.

Two years ago the sisters decided to begin a real estate career together. Their focus was on helping families attain the American Dream of home ownership. They are dedicated to ensuring each client they work with whether it be a seller or a buyer has all the information they need to make informed decisions. Helping others obtain financial wealth through real estate is a great reward and Joann and Susan have received great joy in doing just that.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We entered our real estate career in 2020 while the market was constantly shifting. We jumped in with both feet and embraced the challenge. We learned how to be creative and really listen to our client’s desires and needs and work within the changing environment.

Homes were selling before they hit the market and for much over asking. We were able to guide our clients in negotiating both on the buyer and seller side to get the best deal and protect their interests and investment. We were able to put every family we assisted in a home and get every seller a favorable price. We have thoroughly enjoyed our first two years and are looking forward to what the next few years have in store for us.

Joann and Susan are real estate agents in the west valley. We assist buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate needs. We specialize in residential real estate. We are best known for our ability to treat each client as though they were our own family. We work tirelessly to negotiate on their behalf and to be involved with every step of the process – even after closing!

We are proud of the fact that we are sisters doing great work in our hometown! Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
If you are new to real estate, the best advice we could give you is to jump in with both feet. Find a mentor that will help answer your questions and guide you to success. Surround yourself with people that celebrate you and help you achieve your dreams!
