Today we’d like to introduce you to Dino Watt.

Hi Dino, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Professionally for the last 15 years, I’ve been helping private practice owners enhance their business through culture and relationships. A few years back, my wife and I decided we wanted to put those ideas and strategies that I’ve been helping so many people with into practice on our own. Oftentimes as a consultant, you get to give a lot of suggestions and help people from afar, but you really have no control over the outcome of what they do or don’t do. We decided we wanted to do that for ourselves. So we started to look for businesses we could buy. When I first started my business, I started helping chiropractors. My wife also has been a massage therapist for many years and has worked in chiropractic offices. So we started to look at chiropractic offices, and this opportunity came here in Chandler for a business that was currently being ran but the owner was ready to retire and we saw some potential in the practice. We also had family that lived here in Arizona, and that would make us closer to them as well.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been the smoothest of roads. One of the things that we found out very early on was the methodology that the previous owner was using was not something that was sustainable and that we wanted to continue. So instead of buying a business where we thought we were going to walk in and just take over doing the same modality as the previous owner and with only having to put in some new processes and systems, we have literally had to revamp the entire direction of the practice. But with that came some really great opportunities to bring in modalities that have not necessarily been seen here in Chandler like using SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy. Beyond that, we have seen some amazing results for people who feel like there is no other option than surgery. And having a robust and powerful protocol for neuropathy. This has allowed us to bring in a new set of clientele and create more opportunities for people that might not have been here before.

As you know, we’re big fans of Absolute Pain Relief. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are a chiropractic office that specializes in helping people actually get out of pain using traditional chiropractic as well as specific and specialized neuropathy programs and SoftWave therapy.
