Today we’d like to introduce you to Charles Barrett.

Hi Charles, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
“I grew up around real estate — literally helping my dad on investment properties as a kid.
I started in Arizona studying game design, then spent five years at Bank of America, where I met my wife.
Eventually, I wanted more than a desk job, so I tapped into my family’s real estate roots and jumped in headfirst in 2013.
After years of networking, marketing, and putting clients first, I became one of Arizona’s top agents, joined the Phoenix Association of Realtors board, and started coaching other agents.
Now, with over a decade in the business, deep community ties, and a powerhouse team, I’m here to still help home owners but also give back to the newer agents in the business

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
A lot of the struggles and obstacles originally was not being from AZ, and not knowing anyone, other obstacles that I’ve had is having to figure it all out and pave my own way. Personal obstacles that I faced most recently is finding out my son is epileptic and has seizures. Being an entrepreneur is difficult enough as well as finding a work life balance but when my son got sick and made things a ton harder. I had to figure out how to be able to spend time and take care of him and still run the business for the clients also.

Valley Wide Agents Group that specialize in helping homeowners sell their home as well as potential homebuyers purchased their new one what sets us apart is our modern technology approach using artificial intelligence as well as still using the traditional methods walking clients through the process also it says such a part is that we’ve been on Fox News showing million dollar properties been a board member of the Phoenix association of realtors and still shows Property every day. We are most proud of the difference that we make in our clients lives or also super proud of our systems that make every step of the process easy because we are sure no other agent team has what we have. What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is being an example for my kids and other people who look like me. It’s important to always realize we are on stage and also that we have to give help to our clients because we work for them as much as we are our own boss. We also believe in maximizing time. My mother passed when I was just months old. My dad worked so much. He will be considered a workaholic so I didn’t see how much even though we lived in the same house I didn’t want that for my kids so I maximize every moment of my business so I can spend the majority of my time with him. I also make sure that my clients get this as well so we don’t waste their time either.
