Today we’d like to introduce you to Chantel Miladinović.

Hi Chantel; we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started Profusions Regenerative Health & Functional Wellness in November 2021. I had been in the nursing industry for over 11 years and had decided it was my time to move on to my venture. I loved my time at the hospital and with my patients and my coworkers. Unfortunately, the politics of the hospital and the pandemic became daunting and wore on me. With the encouragement and support of my husband, I chose to pursue my dream of working for myself using the knowledge and confidence I gained over the years.

We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I had several struggles; this was not my first attempt at a business. The particular hurdles for me were related to family struggles. In March 2022, my grandmother, and closest woman in my life, fell ill and needed continuous care. I was by her side as she would have been by mine. Eventually, she passed on from this earthly world, but not from our hearts. During that time, my business was virtually on hold. She was my biggest supporter, and after some time had passed, I picked myself back up. There were good months and bad months. After pushing through, I have had steady growth in both customers and repeat clients return monthly.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Profusions Regenerative Health & Functional Wellness?
Profusions Regenerative Health & Functional Wellness started as a mobile IV therapy company. As time progressed, other modalities were added based on the needs reported by our community members. Profusions specializes in various modalities to fit a patient’s needs, primarily focused on the well-being and optimizing health. Our HRT/TRT programs are safe, convenient, and affordable. We offer peptide therapies for weight loss, sleep improvement, muscle gain, and overall physical wellness. We pride ourselves on providing a concierge service, maintaining a holistic approach to help our clients meet their health goals. With two medical directors overseeing our services, and a family of nurses practicing our treatments, our care rivals other clinics. Not only are we mobile, virtual, and in office, we serve various treatment centers in the valley, assisting those dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues to better their success and outcomes. I am most proud of my brand’s approach to community wellness. We do not accept insurance; we provide caring, quality services for less than the cost of an urgent care or ER visit without the hassle of waiting outside the comfort of your home. Most recently, we have opened a small, private office in South Scottsdale for our aesthetics services, including Dysport, Botox, Xeomin, micro-needling facials, and chemical peels!

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Risk-taking. Well, everything is a risk. School is a risk. Marriage, friendship, business, and the clothing you wear to an interview are risks. I like to look at risk as an opportunity. A risk, by definition, is a situation involving exposure or danger. Opportunity, by definition, is a set of circumstances that makes it possible to do something. It is all about perspective. Opportunities arise, and risk comes along. If you don’t take risks, how can you take opportunities?
