Exploring Life & Business with Alexis Ludwig of Cherry Creek Silversmith

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexis Ludwig.

Hi Alexis, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I have always been called towards creative arts. I feel that the space created between oneself and their creations allows for self-exploration on a somatic level. The process of sketching, painting, woodworking, pottery making, metalsmithing, and more have led me on a self-healing journey that I must share with my community. You might be surprised what you’d discover within yourself. With the growth of Cherry Creek Silversmith, I will have the opportunity to open my very own local community art studio/gallery— A welcoming environment where you can find art lectures, solo-studio time, gallery exhibitions, and much more! It would obviously have an abundant community garden too! The Cherry Creek Studio Gallery will be open to all. Built and operated for the purpose of uniting humanity through creative expression and promoting a culture of unity and eco-beneficial practices.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Life is full of challenges. I believe life is what you make it. Bumpy road or smooth, I tend to create my own unique pathways in life.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am the sole owner and operator of Cherry Creek Silversmith, your local Sterling Silver Heirloom Jewelry and Oddity Store. I practice eco-beneficial systems in every step of my business, whether it’s my non-toxic studio, or my handmade paper products, or locally sourced gemstones. I offer a wide range of services on my website. I even host local create workshops ranging from painting to metalsmithing! My mission is to unite artists and provide more opportunities for local creatives to practice more of what they enjoy.

How do you think about luck?
Luck is everywhere!
