Exploring Life & Business with Stephanie Soliz of Sol Wellness LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Soliz.

Hi Stephanie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
As a young adult I loved giving my massages and was told I have “healing hands.” In my early 20’s I wanted to become a massage therapist, but my life took a different turn and in 2000 I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia or AML. Five years after a bone marrow transplant from my sister I was “cured” according to my oncologist. In 2014, I took a Reiki level 1 & 2 course which changed my life forever. I learned about energy healing and how it could help an individual heal physically, emotionally, mentally and emotionally by just gently laying my hands on them. One day I was meditating about a month after taking my Reiki class, I received a message from Creator. The message I received was “open a public practice, give Reiki to others and heal the world.” I started practicing Reiki on friends and family before I opened my practice a few months later. I then became a Reiki Master which required additional training then started teaching my own students. Learning Reiki has opened me up to learning more healing modalities such as reflexology, massage, crystal healing, aromatherapy, ear candling, mesoamerican bodywork, and ionic detox foot baths. All of which I offer at my office in Tempe. I truly love what I do in helping people feel relaxed and peaceful. I have seen many clients transform after working on them once, months or over the years. I am now in the process in creating an online program teaching ancient healing modalities I have learned thought the years and am taking on new students.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Sol Wellness has its fair share of ups and downs. With Covid-19, we lost about 10 clients, but new clients have found me. I feel blessed for that.

At Sol Wellness we offer Reiki, massage, reflexology; energy clearing, house clearings, tuning fork therapy, ear candling, and ionic detox foot baths. I’m known for my signature service which includes Reiki, massage, reflexology, tuning fork therapy and a personal essential oil massage blend. This signature session is a perfect blend relaxation and balance. I’m also known for my energy cleanses also called limpias and tuning fork therapy. This therapy can be transformative and balancing. We may not realize how much stress weighs us down and burdens us. These therapies help relieve stress and refocus on what is important.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I don’t believe in luck. I believe in the law of attraction. I believe we attract into our lives what we put out there. I also believe Creator sends us spiritual nudges and guidance and it our job to listen and follow them for our highest and best good.
