Hi David, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What do you think is misunderstood about your business? 
Most people think being a Mentor or Coach that it’s all about information.
While sometimes it is about information, it always about TRANSFORMATION.
Before you can grow your business, you need to Transform as a person.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I was the Director of Sales & Marketing for Runner’s World Magazine.
When the publication was bought, the new owners were in Philadelphia (RW was based in Mt. View, CA) and they offered to move me to Philly or I had the option of 3 months severance which I took (wasn’t going to leave CA for Philly) and started my own business.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
When COVID started, several business friends said, “We need to get together.” So I started a Zoom meeting that was just supposed to be for 15 minutes, keeping in touch and it has grown to an hour and 770 episodes later, I will continue to do this until there is no longer a market. We meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I also have been running a Mastermind Roundtable since 1999, which is now on Zoom as well and we just passed 280 episodes, since COVID started.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
That we can create our own reality.
Everything is Energy…But what does that really mean?
Everyone says “Everything is energy” But no one explains what that means.
You’re told: →Raise Your Vibration, →Shift your frequency, →Align your energy.

How do you do that if you don’t know what energy is?
Here’s what the ancients knew – and modern science is only beginning to rediscover.
Energy is not just power.
It’s Structure
It’s Pattern
It’s Intelligence

Everything in the universe is vibrating. Your body. Your thoughts. Every atom, star and sound. The question is: What pattern is that vibration following?
