Daily Inspiration: Meet Vincent And Charish Mendoza

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vincent And Charish Mendoza.

Vincent and Charish, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We both worked at a Vet clinic that had a boarding facility connected with it. While working in the boarding side we learned so much about different behaviors and how being separated from the family could have an effect on the fur-baby. Pairing that with the growing knowledge of training with vet techs led us to realize just how important at home pet sitting really was to the comfortability of the pet and its overall stress level. Our knowledge in the field allows us to not only properly care for the fur-babies we visit but also look for any signs that may show any discomfort they may be in.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like starting any new business, the beginning can we a rocky road that can seem very uncertain. We started having some familiar clients while others we worked hard to acquire. Driving out to north Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix. But with our hard work and perseverance we slowly were able to have clients closer to what would be manageable when traveling. With word of mouth and our growing reputation, we ‘re now able to have a closer clientele and one that knows we care for each animal like they were our very own.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We offer in-home pet sitting and various pet services such as waste removals, dog walking, farm sitting, and medication administrations (i.e. insulin, Sub-Q fluids, ect). What we believe really sets us apart is our professionalism, knowledge, dedication, but most importantly, our communication with the client. Being away from your fur-baby can be stressful and we understand and try to keep a constant communication to give each client that reassurance and peace of mind.
