Daily Inspiration: Meet Polar Visage

Today we’d like to introduce you to Polar Visage.

Hi Polar, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I always had a deep passion for the arts, creating; doing music. Dance has always been my happy place. Growing in a tough environment, going through inner struggles as well as dealing with family issues, confusion with my sexuality & being bullied I used my imagination to create my safe haven.

In 2016, I was on MTV catfish, the first time ever being on a worldwide screen. Not knowing what I was stepping into. Was even able to fly out to Los Angeles to film a second episode. I felt humiliated being on a large scale and being disrespected. I felt like I threw myself in the lion’s den. Knowing now that everything I had to grow through allowed me to face the challenges with strength now today.

In 2018, I started embarking deeper on my spiritual journey, I just remember speaking to divine /higher power/god about me wanting to be my true self and express my essence. That’s when I start to explore music and created my first mixtape “Prynce To a Kyng” which is available on all streaming platforms. I then started to explore my spirituality and embrace the world of tarot/channeling messages/uplifting the community.

I knew that everything I had to go through was for a major purpose. Many times, I had to heal myself through meditation, praying, and honestly solitude for the most part. Those times have helped me tremendously because I have been able to help so many people on a large scale. Started creating videos on my YouTube and was able to garner a great 300,000 views with over 7K subscribers which I’m so grateful for on my platform. I released my single and music video for my song “MOVE” which ended up being of my top supporter favorites. “MOVE” speaks about being a wounded healer but continuing to spread love and light no matter how many challenges you encounter.

I traveled as well a lot to help promote parties and even perform my music as well. I then went into a hermit mode, where I had to find myself after a breakup that was major to me. This was the first time I truly felt love and saw myself falling deep. With falling so deep I didn’t allow myself to instill any boundaries and lost myself in the process. After going through heartbreak, I started to see & feel a new side of myself emerge. I start growing out my hair, felt very connected to my roots; my ancestry. I started once again to go deep down the path of my spirituality which actually saved me. I then felt pushed to create!!!

To make dance videos, to really express me at the higher power. It felt really great to get feedback on something that was so unorthodox for me, something I felt like was once a fear but it felt so amazing to fight against with the passion I have. I also started my own soap & blessing oil line that is named by single “MOVE”. Earlier this year 2021, I took a leap of faith in myself to leave home. I moved to DC with 711 to connect with my higher self and to explore what I wanted in this next phase of life.

I then ended up moving here to Atlanta, Ga spring to really set sell on my dreams. Now, I’m creating music for my upcoming EP, doing tarot & Oracle readings on my TIKTOK & YouTube, and set sell on other business endeavors that will soon be announced which I’m so excited about.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Dealing with confusion about my sexuality. Knowing that I identified with being gay, but being so afraid to express it. Coming from a strongly religious household where that first wasn’t supported.

Being called gay without even being sure of my sexuality at the time. Then, I had to move a lot, always went to a new school every year & had to meet new people. Even though it helps a lot with my adaptability now but at the time I felt like a loner because of me trying to find myself.

I also had to deal with abuse as well to growing which I had to see that later in my adulthood to break the cycle.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Hip-Hop/Spiritual Trap-Rap R&B Artist. Love to sing and also write poetry. As a writer, I created my Angel Number Message Book that is currently free and easily downloadable.

Dancer. Chakra Alignment Dance. Tarot Card Reader/Channeler & Motivational Speaker. Entrepreneur, Move Soaps & Blessings Oils.

What sets me apart from others is that I am authentic. I am aware fully of my power because of the challenges of continued having people trying to shut off my light. I had to dig deep within myself and look past the projections and truly look in my pupils and create the one. Create who I am. I had to love myself, I had to honestly connect with the higher power.

So everything I do is connected to the source. I do everything with intention. I do with it the base of love. I do it to show others that you are very much capable of creating what you want when you set yourself free from the judgments and allow you to do what you love.

Yes!!!! Favorite podcast ever is RoxyTalks love her, she taught me so much about the 360 Method & also the 30-day alignment challenge.
