Daily Inspiration: Meet Nancy Uko

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nancy Uko.

Nancy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am an Arizona attorney with past experience in family law. During my time practicing in that area of law, I had many failed relationships come into my office. It was at that time that I realized I would prefer to help people at the beginning of their relationships instead of at the end. So I created The HighFliers, Phoenix’s exclusive social networking group for professional singles. The HighFliers is designed to bring professional singles together and increase their chances of finding real love.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We just launched on Valentine’s Day, so now the effects of CoVid dying down, we are finally able to get out there and show Phoenix what we are all about. As an attorney, I have many local, professional connections who support The HighFliers but as far as new connections, I have to say Phoenix has been very receptive of The HighFliers and what we are trying to accomplish.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a life coach who specializes in relationships and I am also an attorney. The HighFliers currently consists of a team of four relationship coaches who are there to support our members at every step of their journey to finding real love.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
We hold quarterly networking events to give local professionals a continuous opportunity to see The HighFliers community in its element. This has worked well for me so far.
