Daily Inspiration: Meet Kathleen Gobel

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kathleen Gobel.

Hi Kathleen, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Moved to Arizona in 1984. I’d say I have a had a pretty darn good life! I’ve worked retail most of it and I do enjoy it. In 2013 I locked arms with a health and wellness company and decided I wanted to be an entrepreneur! Since then I have been diligently working to introduce some amazing things to everyone I meet and have made some amazing relationship with all walks of life.
Today I am still building my business and I’ve come such a long way in my personal growth along the way. I still work a fulltime job and work my business in the nooks and crannies of my days. My husband and daughter are very supportive which is a blessing.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Is there such thing as a smooth road? Its the bumpy roads where we learn and grow. I’ve had to work on myself spiritually, mentally and physically. I still have some more to do but as long as I am taking action everyday I know it will all be worth it. The personal growth aspect has definitely taken me out of my comfort zone but that is how I know I am doing the right thing. I say where I feel discomfort is usually the direction I need to follow….I dont grow in my comfort zones.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My fulltime job is in a pharmacy at a large retail chain. I’m a pharmacy technician and love the multitasking aspect it requires. I take pride in my work and I’m meticulous when it comes to being organized and following policies and procedures. I think i am a vital part of my pharmacy team and we rely on each other. I enjoy interacting with people and making sure they have a good experience each time. However, I’m working towards making my side business my priority in the near future. I know i can help more people without the use of pharmaceuticals.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I never let my fear of change get in my way! Every big move I’ve made has worked out for the best.
I think i have to be coachable. I have to be willing to make sacrifices. Build belief in my self and my company.
