We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For the most part, it’s been a pretty smooth road. The hardest time was getting thru 2008 & 2009 when our economy was horrific. With that being said, it ran out a ton of part time agents which was needed for our industry.

What were you like growing up?
I was just a normal kid from a very modest family. My parents taught me to work hard and treat people the way you want to be treated.
