Hi Jill, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello!
I have been counseling in the Northwest valley for over thirty years and it has been amazing. This has led me to realize the importance of coaching young people and helping them to develop and adopt strategies for success and becoming the best person possible!
Through my experience in the public school system, private practice, and teaching at the children’s hospital, I have found my true passion of life coaching for kids, adolescence, and young adults through Mind Under Construction. I chose this name because life is all about reconstructing and becoming our best selves.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Counseling and coaching is full of trials and struggles as life presents a variety of twists and turns. The beauty is taking as we take one day at a time, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Watching individuals grow and make positive gains is worth every moment invested. The “ah ha” moments are truly unforgettable. When a young person realizes personal value, they are unstoppable!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a a licensed Associate Counselor, a life coach, an educator, and more than anything…an advocate for youth!

I specialize in coaching kids, adolescence, and young adults to find personal powers! The power of our thoughts, our mind, our attitudes, being our best self, making great connections, finding our people, seeking out the power of effective communication, understanding the benefit of serving others, finding true happiness, and developing purpose through our passions. As we realize our potential and rearrange the way we see things, the purpose of life becomes more visible and we are driven to do great things.

What are your plans for the future?
As of right now, I can not think of anything I would rather be doing, I have found great balance with Mind Under Construction and plan to continue the path of coaching and guiding others to true happiness.

Pricing:

• 100.00 a session fall special. I usually see clients for appx 12 sessions (every other week)
