Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Vukobratovich.
Hi Jessica, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, and have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Before real estate, I owned and ran a fitness business with my husband in Gilbert for over a decade. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, helping people transform not just physically but mentally, and creating a community where everyone felt supported. The community we built was something like nothing else that exists today, and we miss it tremendously.
After selling that business in 2022, I shifted my focus fully to real estate; something I had already been doing successfully for several years. What started as helping a few friends and family members buy homes turned into a full-blown career that combined everything I love: people, creativity, and community.
Today, I’m proud to be one of the top agents in the East Valley, helping clients not just buy or sell homes, but really build a lifestyle in here the East Valley. I’ve built my business on connection, marketing innovation, and transparency, whether that’s through sharing local news to my followers, neighborhood tours, or storytelling content on social media that educates and entertains at the same time. I’ve built my new community online, and have a loyal following that keeps my business going and gives me more purpose!
Along the way, I also co-founded Hello Culture Queen Creek, a community for local entrepreneurs and creatives to collaborate, grow, and support each other. It’s a space that ties together my passion for business, wellness, and connection; and it’s been incredible to watch it evolve. We are growing, expanding, and educating every week!
At the heart of everything I do, my goal has always been simple: to help people feel at home, enjoy their community, and make educated decisions, whether that’s in their house, their business, or their community.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Owning a business, building a business, and raising a family is never smooth sailing. And if anyone tells you it is—they’re lying, ha! Every chapter of our journey has had its ups, downs, and plenty of curveballs.
When my husband and I were running our gym, I went through one of the hardest seasons of my life; losing my mom, who was also my best friend. That loss completely rocked my world. Not long after, we welcomed a baby, which of course changes everything, especially when you’re waking up at 4 a.m. to run a business.
But one thing my husband and I have always done well is pivot together. We know how to operate as a team, to adjust when life throws something big at us, and to make decisions that keep our family at the center of it all.
That same mindset carries into my real estate career. This business is full of hurdles and constant change. Almost every transaction teaches me something new about flexibility and perseverance. The truth is, a lot of agents can’t handle that level of challenge, the numbers show it. In the last year alone, more agents have left the business than we’ve gained in the last seven years.
We’re in a market right now that demands grit, adaptability, and real problem-solving. Only those who know how to pivot and push through will make it, and that’s exactly what’s kept me going and growing in this industry.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a full-time real estate agent based in the East Valley; born and raised right here in Gilbert. I work with both buyers and sellers, but I’ve really built a niche around helping families find new-build homes and lifestyle-driven communities throughout Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, and Mesa.
I’m known for my local knowledge, creative marketing, and strong communication. My clients joke that I’m “everywhere” because I make it a point to know what’s coming to the area before the signs even go up. Whether it’s a new development, a coffee shop opening, or a park being built, I stay on top of it because my job isn’t just to sell homes, it’s to help people plant roots in a community they’ll love.
I’m also proud of the personal experience I deliver. Every client gets a full-service approach, from staging and design guidance to strong negotiation and post-close support. I’ve built incredible relationships with builders, vendors, and other agents, which helps my clients get better deals and smoother experiences.
Beyond real estate, I founded Hello Culture, a community for local entrepreneurs and business owners to connect, collaborate, and grow together. It’s built around four pillars; community, marketing, money mindset, and health & wellness—and it’s been amazing to see how many partnerships and friendships have come from it.
What sets me apart is that I’m the go-to person for all things local. I market differently than most agents, I show up for my audience every day, providing real value and connection so I stay top of mind. I’m not just a real estate agent; I’m their trusted local expert who can get them answers about community, connection, and real estate, all in one place.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I love listening to Mel Robbins and Jay Shetty; they help me stay grounded and remind me to give myself a little grace when life and business get hectic. They’re both humble, real, and always offering powerful lessons about building your life on a strong foundation.
When it comes to tools that keep my business running, I’m all about efficiency and connection. My daily lineup includes Flodesk for email marketing, Asana for project management, Stan Store for my digital resources, and ManyChat for automation. And of course, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are my main outlets for sharing local community updates and real estate education. Honestly, I couldn’t function without them; they keep my business organized, creative, and visible every single day.
