Daily Inspiration: Meet Emily Zupan

Today we’d like to introduce you to Emily Zupan. 

Hi Emily, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in a small town just outside St. Louis, Missouri. I always craved more and decided to take the opportunity to explore a new big city when I got accepted to FIDM The Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandise. This is where my creativity began to grow. I started working as a fashion stylist in Los Angeles but ultimately got tired of LA about the same time I discovered Las Vegas. I grew to love Las Vegas. I built wonderful friendships and a name for myself. I started working at one of the biggest clubs in Las Vegas, Wet Republic, and my life really excelled from there. I began making videos on YouTube and fell in love with creating content on Instagram. Flash forward to now I am currently living in Scottsdale with my fiancé. We have embarked on a new journey of opening our very own Cloud Kitchen/ Food truck concepts in the Phoenix Metro area. Depending on the concept we hope to cater to untapped markets. My heart and soul is in the concept I developed, Seed and Squeeze. Being new to the area I struggled to find a quick healthy breakfast and fresh juice bar. Seed and Squeeze will delivery fresh daily juices, gourmet toast, and quick healthy grab-and-go breakfast options. We teamed up with an amazing local chef to bring two other concepts to life as well. To tease our other concepts we are developing, one is called Denton and Sparrow, which will cater to the late-night crowd, and Ronin-San which is in the developmental stages. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It hasn’t always been easy. I am a believer the universe will always have your back. It might have been hard or not at times not worked out the way you wanted, but through all, it has brought me here today which is exactly where I want to be. 

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a people person. I love traveling and meeting new people. I specialize in brand deals and sponsorships. I love trying new products and small business-owned products. I always try to inform my friends and followers of the latest and greatest items. I am most proud of my journey. When I have a goal in mind, I set my mind to it and accomplish it. I am looking forward to embarking on a new journey right now of starting my very own business from the ground up. 

What are your plans for the future?
I plan to continue to try to build my brand. Right now, I am most looking forward to Seed and Squeeze and planning my upcoming wedding! I love being creative and bringing a vision to life both these opportunities give me the chance to tap into that side of myself and I am loving the process.
