Daily Inspiration: Meet Davion Gabrielle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Davion Gabrielle.

Hi Davion, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my journey in beauty because it has always been a part of my everyday life. Whether it was modeling or doing hair in Middle School. Hair and makeup came naturally to me so launching Everything Glam Officially in 2014 felt like the right move. I was young and I was figuring out life. When I moved to Arizona in 2018 it was a very pivotal moment for me. I was newly pregnant and eager to build something real for my son and for myself. Nothing came easy. I had to learn how to grow through setbacks burnout and seasons where I wanted to quit. Every restart built more discipline and more belief in what I was doing.

Over time the work became bigger than just services. It became a way to serve women and give them a space to feel cared for and confident. My brand grew and is still expanding. Glamistry Luxe Extensions is the next big thing for Everything Glam. Providing luxury extensions that have longevity has always been the goal. My community projects grew with Beauties In Business, geared towards helping black women in arizona find a place where they feel welcomed and uplifted. In addition to all of that, I recently found my passion for motherhood and it pushed me to write my book The Supermom Playbook where I give pointers to moms on how to thrive through chaos.

My story is not perfect and I do not pretend it is. I built everything through grit faith and consistency. I grew into the woman and entrepreneur I am today by refusing to settle and by choosing to create a life that my son can look up to. Everything I do now is about legacy impact and elevating the beauty experience for every woman who sits in my chair.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My road has not been smooth at all. I built my business while raising my son with little help and trying to balance school work and life. I had seasons where money was tight and seasons where I felt overwhelmed and questioned if I could keep going. I dealt with burnout slow growth and moments where I had to rebuild my entire vision from the ground up.

I also had to fight through doubt fear and comparison while learning how to run a real business with real structure. Being in Arizona and coming from a predominantly black community I didn’t feel valued. I had to learn how to market myself how to set boundaries and how to stand on the value of my work even when people did recognize it.

None of the challenges stopped me. They shaped my discipline my confidence and my purpose. Every struggle gave me the resilience I needed to grow.

I am a beauty Enthusiast and Creator. I specialize in luxury makeup, hair styling and premium hair extensions. I built Everything Glam and now Glamistry Luxe Extensions to give women a full experience not just a service. My focus is customer satisfaction, quality hospitality and results that make women feel empowered the moment they stand up from my chair.

I am known for my flawless “No Makeup” look that enhances your appearance but still is very subtle. I take pride in giving my clients a safe positive and elevated space where they feel cared for from start to finish. I pour into every detail and I try to make sure each woman leaves feeling restored confident and seen.

I am most proud of the fact that I built this career from my natural God given talents and while being a full time mother. I turned my passion into a brand that impacts real people and I get to show my son what consistency and purpose looks like. What sets me apart is the experience I create the energy I bring and the way I connect with my clients. It is not just beauty work. It is transformation and empowerment over here!

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Most people are surprised to learn that I built my entire brand while teaching myself almost everything at home. I learned makeup hair extensions branding marketing and even parts of publishing without formal training. I created my book my business systems and my beauty experience through late nights trial and error and a whole lot of faith. They also maybe surprised that I’m a really great cook! Like almost mater chef worthy lol
