Daily Inspiration: Meet Clareno Rosias

Today we’d like to introduce you to Clareno Rosias.

Clareno, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Well, I am Clareno, and this is my story-Growing Up I used to do Frech Rap, inspired by Mc Solar, Corneil a Monreal Singer, and many more of my time. When moved to New York after my High School, I took a few Music Courses to get me into the production world, but since the economy was harsh for me at this time, and the Marine Corps was part of want to do experience, I signed for a 4 years enlistments. Not Until my duty Station in Okinawa Japan, I started to see the Money the Contractor on that side was making by throwing parties, and bringing artist from Conus to Oconus, I decided to switch from been an artist to become a promoter. Then Quickly Decided to create my own Record Label Kaputchi Inc, that becomes Rap Star 7, LLC in a few years. The First artist that I worked with Raw Intellect, which don’t sing anymore. Then I worked with a few upcoming Rap artist from Atlanta, but there was so unpredictable, by seeing the uprise of Yandel, Farruko, JBalvin, I decided to branch out the Latin Community, specifically Dembo, Trap, and TrapBo.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Finding Artist was a Smooth Road since, I am always be the one fronting the investment, but there was more struggle because some of the artist had a concept of been signed like a bag of cash falling from the sky. But know with the help of social media, like YouTube, Google, and I educate myself more, I can tell we are in the route to success, and artist development, promotion, and marketing are become more better because we can easily reach out to another elder ask questions, share data and even wealth if case might be.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
My work varies with time since I stopped been an artist to be more on the music business side. I do more artist development by going out looking for talent, approaching them, breathing them, listen to the work, and put a work package for those who show sight of good listener and shows talent. I am known for a great leader and dedicated to my work. Mostly, I am proud of been able to do what I like, and re-motivated those who lost track of what their dream is and what music is not? I am just different, and I follow my goat instinct if that make me persistent, I will said that is my difference from others.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite memory was to listen the era of Hip Hop when the East Coast wanted to be different from the West Coast rap
