Daily Inspiration: Meet Christa Negrete

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christa Negrete

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After retiring from a 30 year career as a Flight Attendant, I was ready to pursue one of my true passions: yoga! I underwent the RYT 200 Hr Training at Inner Vision Yoga in Tempe, AZ. Inner Vision Yoga has been a tremendous blessing in my life. They have instilled Yoga’s core values in me, and shaped me into the instructor I am today. It became apparent very quickly that it was the perfect season in my life to pursue this. I now had the time to devote my whole self to Yoga.

My teaching journey began at Gilbert Yoga. I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of their studio!
I always knew I wanted to start my own business as a Yoga Instructor, one day specializing in retreats and teaching abroad. I started my LLC and Sundara Yoga came to life! We offer classes and workshops at Dobson Ranch Golf Course in Mesa, AZ. This organization has supported me and my new adventure with open arms, and I am forever grateful!

With 2025 upon us, my goal is to grow Sundara Yoga with new students and hold workshops in various states! I am looking forward to the future, as well as embracing the wonderful growth that has transpired this year. Thank you to my family and friends for believing in my dream!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A challenge would be to get my business off the ground! Being patient with the process of growth and development is something that takes time but I know will be well worth it!

I believe in miracles! I have a very strong faith and believe that things fall right into place when they are meant to be. I like to call this God not luck 🙂 Everything will come to you in his perfect time!
