Daily Inspiration: Meet Cassidi DeKonty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cassidi DeKonty.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’ve always had a passion for wellness and aesthetics, and one day I finally decided to go for it, I got certified and started my journey as an injector. I opened my own business and began treating patients, all while navigating life with two small children. It wasn’t easy, especially taking minimal time off after having each baby but I’m proud of the way I showed up and kept going.

Eventually, I realized I couldn’t give my full focus to patient care while also running the business and being the mom I wanted to be. So, I decided to pivot. I now inject at AURI Aesthetics and it’s been an incredible fit both personally and professionally. It was the best decision I could’ve made!

My approach to aesthetics has always been about truly knowing my patients- their lives, families, and goals so I can treat them holistically and deliver natural, confidence-boosting results. I believe trust and ethics are everything in this field.

These days, I’m loving the balance of being a part-time working mom while continuing to grow in my craft. I’m also excited to step more into education and support other injectors as they grow in confidence and skill.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not smooth! But every bump taught me something. One of the biggest challenges was trying to run a business while raising two very young kids. I barely took time off after having each baby, and I constantly felt like I was being pulled in multiple directions. I loved treating patients, but I couldn’t give them 100% of my focus because so much of my energy was tied up in the behind-the-scenes responsibilities of owning a business.

Eventually, I had to be honest with myself about what my family and I truly needed in that season. It was hard to let go of something I put so much time and energy into, but I chose to close my business and transition to working at AURI Aesthetics. It’s been the best decision I could’ve made, and I’m so grateful for the peace, balance, and renewed passion it’s brought to both my personal and professional life.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a nurse injector, I specialize in natural, confidence-boosting aesthetic treatments. My goal is always to enhance, not change someone’s appearance, so they leave feeling like the best version of themselves! I take the time to truly get to know my patients their lifestyle, goals, stressors, and even what they’re walking through emotionally. I believe the best results come when you treat the whole person, not just one area.
Sculptra is hands down my favorite treatment because it aligns so closely with what I believe aesthetics should be: natural, gradual, and rooted in long-term confidence.

What does success mean to you?
To me, success isn’t about status or numbers, it’s about alignment. Being able to do meaningful work I love while still showing up for my family. It’s feeling fulfilled, staying grounded in my values, and creating a life that’s balanced, not just busy.
