Daily Inspiration: Meet Amy Sheppard

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amy Sheppard.

Hi Amy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am a former teacher turned Graphic Designer and Scentsy Consultant.  My Scentsy journey began in September 2022.  I decided after trying a few products (and loving them) that I needed to jump in and become a consultant!

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’ve been with Scentsy for a year now, and anyone in direct sales knows it has its struggles. I try to focus on the positive. Each day, I spend a few hours dedicated to my business. Work hours are generally spent placing customer orders, creating graphics for social media, putting together thank you mail, or making scent samples. One of the perks I love is the flexibility; I’m able to work from home and help my son with his homeschooling while taking care of my customers.  It’s a win win!

Scentsy has been filling people’s lives with fragrance for almost 20 years. As a Scentsy consultant, I get to share my passion for fragrance with friends and family.  “Fragrance connects us to our emotions, to our memories and to each other,” – Heidi Thompson, Scentsy Co-Founder.
