Daily Inspiration: Meet Alex Burton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alex Burton.

Hi Alex, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started pumping gas and cleaning up at a full service gas station/repair shop in the late ‘90s. started doing basic repairs and maintenance snd got hooked. Worked my way through school and got my degree in automotive performance technology from MCC in 2004. I worked in different positions in the auto shop finally decided to open my own in 2013.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not a smooth road at all. Shady business partners, economic down turns, parts shortages, Covid, finding qualified technicians and personal. Advertising, book keeping paperwork. Missing family events!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We specialize in maintaining and repairing 1996 and newer domestic and Asian import vehicles. We are known for our honesty and transparency, I’m most proud of our custom projects that we take on from time to time.
