I’m an Art Institute Honors Culinary Graduate who more than anything, loves great food and preparing it for others. I’m outgoing and will interact with you and your guests to create a memorable dining experience.

From preparing meals and feeding the homeless at Durango’s Manna Soup Kitchen, to television guest appearances and gourmet fundraisers, I’ve always prepared the best meals possible with the finest ingredients available. It’s my way of serving others.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Building a reputation was the real struggle

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a professional chef and large event caterer bringing delicious barbecue to private events and music festivals in Arizona and around the country what sets us apart from others is not just the quality of our food but the individual customer service. I typically feed wildland firefighters during the summer months, but I am currently working on a research vessel in the Atlantic ocean

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I love the opportunities that Phoenix provides as far as festivals music venues and business opportunities I don’t like the amount of homeless people although we do our part albeit very small to feed some of these people they’re always seems to be more than we can possibly handle
