Today we’d like to introduce you to Steven & Alisha Palm.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Steve started the business in 1990. He has photographed thousands of models for all of the top agencies. Steve was on his way to moving from Chicago to LA when he was booked for a celebrity event in June of 2010. Alisha was also booked for the same event. They met and the rest, as they say, is history! They married and have been capturing weddings together ever since!
We have been photographing weddings and portraits together since 2011. We capture over 40 weddings per year. We provide photography, videography, and livestream services.
We are currently based in Tucson, Arizona, but have traveled worldwide for weddings, celebrity events, & fashion photography.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been an exciting road! We have had the privilege to cover NBA All Start, LinkedIn at Cannes, and many more high profile events together. There is always a struggle when you move out of the city where people know you and we had to overcome that when we moved to Tucson. Since there were not a lot of models or celebrity events or conventions here, we moved to weddings. Every wedding is so different and we enjoy the challenge!
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We specialize in capturing weddings. We are known for our terrific communication and energy! We are most proud of the connections we make with our couples. Tucson is a very small tight knit community and we see a lot of past couples at wedding year after year. When you choose us for your day, you know we will be there and give everything we have to ensure every moment is captured. We take countless candids that become a memory for generations!
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
We hope to continue capturing weddings in this beautiful city and seeing new venues open and continue our relationships with all of our favorite places!
