Conversations with Savanna Victoria Kapetanovic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Savanna Victoria Kapetanovic.

Savanna, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hi, I’m Savanna!

I’m excited to begin my 2^nd year of modeling in 2023. I signed with The Young Agency about 1 year and 1/2 ago. I have walked in their Teen Fashion week twice and am in their Documentary coming out in 2023 called “Models on The Move”. It is documenting our journey to Teen Fashion week. It was so much fun to be a part of & also got me interested in acting. I am currently a Senior in high school and on the performance dance team.

I really was blessed in 2022 to be a part of many Charity Fashion shows including Via Moda benefiting Free Arts, Runway to Reality benefiting Afghanistan Refugees, Teen Fashion week benefiting Make A Wish Foundation, Fashion for a Cause, Putting on The Fritz benefiting a local Verrado resident who passed of cancer, On Central & More. I am currently a Senior Influencer for Chris Frailey Seniors, A Model Ambassador for J Benjamin Images as well as an Ambassador for Copper Haus Tan. I was able to work with some Incredible Designers & Boutiques this year as well like Rolling Rack Boutique I got to be in 3 News Segments for Vacation, Wedding & Back to School.

Elvie’s Fashion House, I was a part of her beautiful Grand Opening. So many incredible photographers have helped me to achieve the best version of myself through the creativity of their work and Collaboration with Hair & Makeup and Local Designers. 2022 was my first full year of modeling & I feel I have grown so much as a person inside and out learning this Industry. I absolutely love it & so excited for 2023 and everything it has to offer.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
You will always experience some ups & downs but I try to learn from this to improve in any way I can. I have not been chosen for every casting that I have gone to and that is OK if I am not what they are looking for. I just learn & adapt to be better next time.

I am excited, eager & ready to graduate high school in 2023. I have definitely had some challenges in school with some negative people & bullies. It has taught me not to engage or be around people that bring me down. Try to surround me with true caring friends who bring out the best in each other with support & kindness.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I think I am a very easy to work with & happy person. I can be a little silly at times but definitely take it seriously when it is my time to walk the catwalk and represent a Designer, Photographer, Agency, or Event.

A flower does not compete to the flower next to it just Blooms. We all have our time to bloom & should support others when it is their time as well.

I feel I also have a creative side that helps create art whether it be in modeling, photography, or even choreographing a solo or group number for my High school dance show.

What are your plans for the future?
2023 will be a big year for me personally & professionally as a model. I will be graduating high school in May.

Turning 18 in July & starting college at Arizona State University in August. I’m excited but a little nervous as well.

Allot of changes.

I’m also excited to audition and be a part of so many events in 2023. Look out Phoenix I’m ready!!!
