Today we’d like to introduce you to Lexi Danser.

Hi Lexi, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been a multi-faceted creative for as long as I can remember and was raised by entrepreneurs who have always helped me lead with ambition to go after my dreams, whatever that may be. Unfortunately, that gets complicated when you have an overload of passions!

In January of 2020, I had an identity crisis and started my journey to discovering the depths of who I am, clarifying what I was meant to do in this life and navigating the steps to getting there. I quickly realized that from all of the titles I have embodied, visionary and connection cultivator stood out from the rest.

Fast forward to 6 months ago – I separated from the corporate 9-5 life, finally stepped into my purpose and started speaking my truth. This change was the catapult for the immense growth that brings me here today! I discovered how to finally apply my strengths and passions for the inspiring, expansive, impactful and empowering career that I was meant for. Collectively, all of this growth led to going Freelance and the creation of my Creative Agency, Ethereal House.

Taking an unconventional approach to Creative Agencies – I blended my background in Business Communications, Public Relations, Creative Direction and Photography, along with my various passions to create an agency model that differs from the rest.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has definitely not been a smooth road, but it is incredibly worth it. I wouldn’t trade it for the world! I left my corporate life with no warning, no savings, and a highly competitive job market in front of me. I created and manifested my business from Ideation to Launch, all in 6 months. So it definitely hasn’t been easy, but it has been extremely inspiring.

First, there was challenge of navigating the truth that I was going to be working for myself with no stream of income or guaranteed light at the end of the tunnel, and I’m not going to lie – it’s f*cking HARD. But it’s 1000% worth the freedom for me. I’m extremely proud that I’ve been able to put my mental health at the forefront through it all, as it has allowed me to fully step into the energy of creating a business from the ground up.

There’s also the never ending battle of imposter syndrome, and I’m so blessed that my entrepreneurial journey has been accompanied by an awakening in my spiritual journey – so I have been able to heavily rely on my intuition when internal challenges arise. My community and support system have all played an extremely important role in helping me pave new roads over the broken systems, limiting beliefs and road blocks necessary to express my most authentic and true self!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?

Over the years, I’ve expressed myself through a handful of different passions that have helped shape my journey in life – Dance, Hospitality, Event Planning, Travel, Marketing, Photography, Nature, Magic, and most of all… Science.

I have been infatuated with earth science since middle school, and in fact, I originally went to college with a focus in Earth, Space and Exploration – wanting to be a geologist working with geode crystals. Unfortunately, this path wasn’t meant for me, but still remains at the forefront of my passions and has granted me the gift of knowledge on all things astrology and spirituality to be able to apply in my business and career!
