Today we’d like to introduce you to Kunu Bickal

Hi Kunu, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my fashion influencer path, back in September 2023, when I moved back to Colorado after having lived in LA for a few months. I decided to give up on my basketball pursuit and become a brand ambassador/fashion influencer. Since then, I’ve grown my Instagram account from about 3,500 followers to 27,000. Now, getting paid to post with the clothes I’m given to promote.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’d say it’s been pretty smooth. There has been some months that are better than others, engagement wise and vise versa. Other than my own lack of consistency here and there, I’ve been lucky enough to not have any problems with support.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m mostly known for my streetwear outfits that I’ve posted on Instagram and occasionally on TikTok. I’ve begun to try and reach new horizons recently by posting more lifestyle things and teaching people privately how to achieve their own goals through social media. I’m mostly proud of how I’ve managed my own page, I’m nowhere near where I can/will be in the future but I’ve still made alot of money and friends through the clothing business.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I, of course, plan on having a much bigger following on all platforms but other than that I haven’t made any goals or plans for the future with what I have going on now. I try to take it day by day and accept whatever comes with it.
