Hi Jennifer, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – To start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
My childhood was actually really fun! I will say one unique aspect was Santa Claus not making his debut in my life until kindergarten, he was definitely taking his time. My parents were very hard workers, my mom starting as young as 6 years old. Even today she still holds an irreplicable level of drive working labor intensive 10-12 hour days. My journey commenced a little later at the age of 15 during a history class when a local college recruiter ignited a transformative shift in my future. They introduced me to a unique program at our local community college, enabling high school students to engage in college courses during weekends and the summers. I submitted my application and felt elated upon acceptance.
During this period, I adeptly managed a part-time hostess job, an internship, National Honor Society commitments, tennis, DECA involvement, tutoring, held an executive sales role for the yearbook, and served as both the secretary and president of Interact, a branch of Rotary International. I wanted to make my mom proud and show her I can hustle too. She always told me the only gifts she really wants from me are A’s on my report card.
I was fueled by curiosity in college, diving into diverse subjects like mental health and hands-on experiences like woodshop, and even taking MBA-level courses with counselor approval. Through those courses, I was able to actively collaborate with Fortune 500 professionals and was able to expand my network. Graduating at 20 with honors, I held a BS in Business Management and a BA in Business Law, solidifying my dedication to education and growth.
My journey continued post-graduation as I entered the professional world with determination. I began as a Marketing Analyst at a startup under the guidance of a Harvard alum. This opportunity allowed me to embrace multiple roles, from crafting marketing collateral to creating grant proposals and contributing to product ideation then development. I even had the privilege of presenting a clickable wireframe I created to industry luminaries, including the President of the Arizona Tech Council!
Seizing novel opportunities, I became the second employee of an Arizona-based healthcare maintenance organization startup next. Transitioning through a diverse range of roles, including project coordination, business development, and HR responsibilities, I consistently showcased my capacity to learn swiftly and handle multifaceted responsibilities. Notably, my achievements included managing our expansion into other states in collaboration with industry experts and successfully navigating the intricate processes of obtaining government licenses at both the state and federal level to operate. This success led to my opportunity to join the website and product development team, resulting in the creation of five products that were sold in 2023!
Today, I eagerly anticipate the growth prospects accompanying my role as a Facility Implementation Specialist. In this role, I successfully foster robust supplier, distributor, and medical sales representatives relationships; I travel across the US to various hospitals implementing a healthcare delivery exchange software, providing troubleshooting solutions and resources as needed.
It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Balancing a rigorous academic schedule with various extracurricular activities and part-time work wasn’t always easy. There were moments when I felt the weight of responsibilities pulling me in multiple directions. As I transitioned into the professional world, I faced the challenge of constantly trying to show I can excel and proving myself in new environments. Starting as an Analyst for a startup demanded a steep learning curve, and adapting to rapidly evolving roles within the organization required continuous growth and adaptation. It wasn’t always a smooth ascent; there were instances of uncertainty, self-doubt, and the need to learn and adjust to new responsibilities quickly.
While each challenge was an opportunity for growth, I also encountered the occasional setback. Only some endeavors turned out as planned, and these moments taught me resilience, the importance of learning from failures, and the ability to bounce back stronger. Ultimately, these struggles have contributed to my growth and shaped my determination. They’ve reinforced my belief in the value of continuous learning, adaptability, and the importance of a strong support network.
Let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At the core of my professional journey is a profound dedication to unlocking AI’s potential for enhancing efficiency and innovation across diverse domains. My expertise lies in seeking ways to integrate AI into processes, resulting in streamlined solutions that not only amplify productivity but also elevate overall performance. This relentless pursuit has consistently positioned me at the vanguard of technological advancements, enabling me to pioneer novel pathways for growth within the organizations I collaborate with.
I’m deeply committed to unlocking AI’s potential for efficiency and innovation, and my expertise lies in seamlessly integrating AI to enhance productivity in the workplace. Beyond my professional endeavors, I have a strong passion for harnessing AI’s capabilities to craft personalized learning experiences and explore creative writing. In my leisure time, I enjoy creating customized fairy tales for my nieces and nephews.

Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My family, friends, partner, and other supportive loved ones all push me to be better. The influence of these exceptional women in my life, including teachers, mentors, and especially my mom, has been monumental. Their collective wisdom, unwavering support, and boundless inspiration have not only shaped my path but also fortified my determination to strive for greater achievements.
My mom, Tina Huynh, deserves immense credit for her courage and determination. Her journey of immigrating to America, her numerous sacrifices, and her tireless work ethic have instilled in me the profound value of persistence and resilience.
Maggie Sanchez, my mentor, has also been a steadfast guiding force throughout my journey. Her invaluable insights, mentorship, and unwavering belief in my potential have opened doors to opportunities that significantly broadened my horizons.
Additionally, teammates and advocates have played a pivotal role in my journey. Their collaboration, constructive feedback, and unwavering belief in my pursuits have consistently propelled me forward, helping me overcome obstacles and reach new heights.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My journey wouldn’t be complete without recognizing the incredible individuals who have played pivotal roles in my success and the growth of our endeavors.
My mom, Tina Huynh, deserves immense credit for her courage and determination. Her journey of immigrating to America, her numerous sacrifices, and her tireless work ethic have instilled in me the profound value of persistence and resilience. She began working at the age of 6, enduring various tasks like rolling cigarettes, selling lottery tickets, and running coffee stands. Her personal experience as a half-white child after the Vietnam War, without her American Navy father, was incredibly challenging and scary. She had to hide her pale skin, curly blonde hair, was often asked to sit at the back of the classroom, and at times even had to seek refuge in a temple. I am honored to carry her maiden name as my own.
Maggie Sanchez, my mentor, has also been a steadfast guiding force throughout my journey. Her invaluable insights, mentorship, and unwavering belief in my potential have opened doors to opportunities that significantly broadened my horizons. I vividly remember her assistance in teaching me the nuances of dressing in business professional attire and navigating my first networking event.
The influence of these exceptional women in my life, including teachers, mentors, and especially my mom, has been monumental. Their collective wisdom, unwavering support, and boundless inspiration have not only shaped my path but also fortified my determination to strive for greater achievements.
