Today we’d like to introduce you to Hannah Hernandez.
Hi Hannah, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
In 2019, I began my foodie Instagram journey to spare my friends from constant food images. I decided to create a dedicated account showcasing Tucson’s best vegan options. Today, I have over 15k followers, I have collaborations with restaurants with special dishes named after Death Free Foodie, and I’m the co-founder of Tucson’s first Vegan Night Market. Our latest night market was a huge success, drawing over 4000 attendees.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve faced a lot of obstacles, but things always seem to work out and I learn from it all. I’m just grateful to be here.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
As the co-founder of Vegan Night Market, creator of Death Free Foodie, and the Social Media Director at Tucson Foodie, I spend my days driving around town capturing photos for upcoming posts and articles. creating reels, and chatting with the community to answer all their questions. I absolutely love meeting new people and uncovering the amazing stories behind our favorite local restaurants.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
My family and friends are always there for me with emotional support, and the Tucson Foodie team has been amazing in helping me bring my ideas to life. I couldn’t do it without them.
