Hi Ella, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m from Minnesota and currently 19 years old, studying entrepreneurship at Grand Canyon University in Arizona. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, business has been a part of my life since I was young, with dinner table discussions revolving around creativity, innovation, and the hustle that comes with pursuing your dreams. I’ve always been passionate about horses, and I also have a love for anything girly, which balances my interests perfectly.

In high school, I attended a project-based school that allowed me to pursue my love for travel, where I did school remotely to give me the flexibility to explore new places. This love for travel still runs deep, and I make it a priority to visit new destinations whenever I can. Now, living in Arizona, I’m working towards my entrepreneurial goals, continuing to learn and grow in the world of business while staying true to my passions. I believe in embracing a balanced life, combining both creativity and practicality, and I’m excited for what the future holds.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Finding a work-life balance has been incredibly challenging for me. Juggling my schoolwork, internship, and the pressures of starting my own business has been overwhelming at times. It feels like there’s never enough time in the day to get everything done, and the constant hustle leaves little room for myself, let alone for spending quality time with friends. It can be difficult to manage all these responsibilities and still keep my personal life intact without being very intentional about it. Despite the difficulties, I know it’s important to maintain those connections and take moments to recharge.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Our work revolves around offering brides and larger groups a convenient and enjoyable spray tanning experience. We specialize in bringing quick, high-quality spray tans directly to you and your group, whether it’s for a bridal party, a girls’ day, or any special occasion. Our goal is to make the process as seamless and fun as possible, so you can feel confident and radiant without the hassle. We bring the tanning experience to your doorstep, ensuring everyone feels pampered, relaxed, and ready to shine.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I believe success is about truly fulfilling your life’s purpose—finding meaning in the things that matter most to you. For me, success is centered around three key things: connection, knowledge, and experience. It’s about building deep, meaningful relationships with others, where genuine connections foster growth and understanding. Success also involves continuously seeking knowledge—learning, evolving, and gaining wisdom from every situation, no matter how small. Finally, it’s about embracing new experiences that challenge me, push me outside my comfort zone, and help me grow as a person. To me, success isn’t defined by external measures like wealth or recognition, but by the richness of my journey, the depth of my relationships, and the wisdom I accumulate along the way. It’s about living a life aligned with what truly matters to me, and constantly striving to become a better version of myself.
