Today we’d like to introduce you to Anne King.

Hi Anne, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my career in real estate over six years ago by first owning a property management company in the west valley of Phoenix. Having that expertise has allowed me to become an expert in many fields in the real estate world.

In addition, having this foundation has provided me with building relationships over the years with clients, and with that, it has been my primary source for business throughout the years.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Real estate has taught me many lessons throughout my career. As with anything in life, there are easy times and more difficult times. I believe the harder the transaction has always been the most beneficial to me in that I was able to learn something and grow from it.

Being able to help people make one of the biggest financial decisions in their life comes with a lot of responsibility and knowledge. My goal is always to help them figure out what is best for them along their path to homeownership.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
As a full-time realtor, I specialize in helping my clients with buying and selling homes specifically in the Verrado, Buckeye, Goodyear, and Litchfield Park. Every home sale or purchase is unique, and that requires a special commitment to provide exceptional service to each and every one of my clients.

Being an expert negotiator is always beneficial in any transaction ensuring my clients receive the best service they can get. Upholding the highest moral and ethical standards is truly important to me in my career. It is not just business; it is personal.
