Today we’d like to introduce you to Tinisha Grayson

Hi Tinisha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story is very different than most. I started my career straight out of high school I wanted to beat the odds that were against me and I decided because I have such a huge love for talking to people that stepping foot into public relations was the best career choice for me. I have been a publicist for over 11 years now and have added entertainment and sports management to the long list of career moves. I started out working for small businesses in my state and that transformed into me hosting celebrity interviews on my talk show “The Professor T Show”. I took a lot of losses but I turned them into positive moments that I knew would one day help me see the true potential in myself.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been an easy road I took a lot of losses by helping a lot of people who didn’t mean me any good. My Family wanted to shortchange me. Clients didn’t want to pay me what I knew I was worth so at one point I closed up the business and told myself I would never go back to working in the entertainment industry

TG Sports & Entertainment Agency also known as “TGSEA” is not like your typical sports and entertainment agency we are more than just that. The agency has been in some amazing rooms with so many different celebrities where we can make a name for ourselves in a positive light that goes beyond people knowing who we are so I am proud of that. Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see it going into a new direction there are so many clients that want something new and refreshing so it will be a move that has to go with what works at that time.
