Hi Taurus, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Taurus. Originally from Tucson AZ but moved to the valley in 2017 and haven’t went back. I’ve been air frying since 2020 and we’ve been making our Pineapple Banana Breads since then. What started as a hobby during the pandemic but turned into a full time small business. We wanted to share with friends and family. Imce we seen it was a hit we decided to go full fledged with it.

It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Some bumps along the way. Especially considering this is my full-time job, so there’s been times funds could have been more consistent. Or times, I’d have to improvise or figure things out due to the need for more.
