Community Highlights: Meet Tatianna Taylor-Tait & Natalie Palmer of Level Up Your Listing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tatianna Taylor-Tait & Natalie Palmer. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Natalie Palmer: Natalie Palmer started hosting “by accident” in 2017, and found herself running a boutique vacation rental management business just a short while later. She has since hosted thousands of guests. She has expanded her role as a host into helping new hosts get started in the short-term rental industry and is the host of No Vacancy The Podcast, which has quickly landed in the top 2% of podcasts worldwide. She is passionate about teaching others how to host stress-free, and remotely, and make hosting fit into their lifestyle – not the other way around. Her courses have been taken by over 500 new and experienced hosts, and she works closely with Airbnb as an Ambassador – a role in which she assists hundreds of new hosts every year in setting up their listings for success. She lives in Southern California with her husband and two young daughters, and never starts a day without a large iced coffee.

Tatianna Taylor-Tait: Tatianna Taylor-Tait is an Award-winning designer, Published Co-Author, and Short Term Rental Coach from Vancouver, BC. With extensive experience in both interior design and real estate, Tatianna has worked with clients from all over the world, sharing her knowledge and skills to help them increase their Airbnb profits and short-term rental returns. Following a period of personal tragedy, Tatianna transformed feelings of grief into a drive and determination that would enable her to take control of her life, positioning herself such that she could help inspire others who had the motivation to live life on their own terms. Now with over 8 years of experience in short-term rentals, interior design, and marketing, Tatianna helps hosts focus not only on simply providing a successful Airbnb but one that is steeped in class and elegance. Using an eye for modern and elegant style, she transforms plain spaces with a fresh and vibrant approach to elevate the guest experience.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not always been a smooth road, not only can this industry be lonely…it is difficult at times to stand out in such a competitive market.

As more property owners and real estate investors move into short-term rentals, it has been vital to find ways to provide top-quality amenities, and unique designs, all while creating memorable guest experiences for every stay.

Over the years, we have been able to adapt and improve on our skills to the point where we now have the honor to educate people within the industry to create time and financial freedom for themselves and their loved ones.
