At Posh Operations, we have a simple goal: to empower women to start their own virtual assistant businesses and achieve financial independence on their own terms. I recognized that there were many talented women out there with a passion for organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, but who lacked the resources and support they needed to launch their own businesses.

With this in mind, I set out to create a company that would provide everything these women needed to get started. Drawing on my own experience as a successful Online Business Manager, I developed a comprehensive training program that covered everything from marketing and branding to time management and client relations. I also brought in a team of experienced business coaches and mentors who could offer personalized guidance and support every step of the way.

Today, Posh Operations is proud to have helped hundreds of women start their own virtual assistant businesses and achieve their dreams of financial independence. Our community is a vibrant and supportive one, with members from all walks of life who share a common passion for helping others and building successful businesses. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting Posh Operations was not an easy feat. While I had a clear goal in mind, I was working full-time at a university which made it difficult to dedicate the time and resources needed to get the company off the ground.

However, I was determined to succeed and knew that it was worth the effort.

At first, progress was slow due to the limited time I had available to work on Posh Operations. But I refused to give up, and every spare moment was spent researching and developing the business. I spent late nights and weekends creating a training program that would offer comprehensive support for women looking to start their own virtual assistant businesses.

Despite facing numerous hurdles along the way, including financial limitations and a lack of support, I remained focused on my vision. It was not always easy, and there were many times when I felt like giving up, but I kept pushing forward.

As Posh Operations grew, I began to receive positive feedback from members of our community who were seeing success in their own virtual assistant businesses. This served as a source of motivation for me, and it reminded me that my hard work was not in vain.
