Today we’d like to introduce you to Maria Gonzales.

Hi Maria, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve dreamed of owning a beach home since I was a little girl. At times it seemed like just a fantasy. After researching, planning, and excessive saving, the dream became a reality; we purchased lots in Mexico.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was easy, from purchasing the lots to obtaining permits and locating a builder. My sleepless lights came from design plans and decor.

As you know, we’re big fans of Taste of Luxury Rentals. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I’m from Oakland, CA. Success, where I’m from, is rare. I’m thankful my mother sacrificed so much to ensure my siblings, and I had a more promising future. I moved to Phoenix in 2018 and have purchased homes and land. In 2021 I Co-Founded Taste of luxury Rentals, a luxury home rental, and transportation company.

What sets us apart from a vast plurality host is that we offer low deposits, payment plans, and all-inclusive packages in Arizona and Mexico. Traveling can be costly, especially in today’s financial climate, so we’re bridging the gap for many low- moderate-income households.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
As cliche as it may sound, I want our guests to have a home away from home and travel annually to our rentals.
